The valid period for paying the video consultation fees or Copay is up to 4 hours before your scheduled video consultation. Please note that the appointment will be canceled if fees are not paid within the valid period.
You are entitled to a refund for the cancellation of the video consultation. The refund amount will be reflected in your account within 5 to 7 working days.
