myAster is delivering for all areas of UAE with delivery expectation varying between 1 to 4 days

For Express orders the delivery is expected within 90 minutes. For standard delivery areas, the delivery is expected within 1-2 business days. For all other locations, the delivery is expected within 3-4 business days

You can track your order using myAster application. Simply go to 'My Order' screen from the 'More' menu. Select the order to be tracked to view the order details and tracking details of this order

You can cancel your order or any item in your order before it is out for delivery. You can go to the Order details from the 'My Order' option in the 'More' menu. And select the Cancel option and complete the flow to initiate the cancellation request.

myAster will send a delivery OTP to the registered mobile number and email address. We assume any adults that are present at the delivery address with this delivery OTP are authorized by you to take delivery of the Products that you have ordered.

Express delivery is available in areas around Aster Pharmacies. We are expanding.

Your order might be divided into multiple shipments depending on the delivery promise and the warehouse fulfilling that item. Mostly an order will be divided into 2 shipments for Express and standard delivery.

Yes. While on checkout you will have an option to merge multiple shipment into a single shipment and have everything delivered at once
